BETRAYAL CHANGES everything.

But, it doesn’t have to define what’s next. Whether you're reeling from discovery or trying to rebuild yourself or as a couple, I’ll be the steady voice providing care that’s clear, grounded, and built for long-term healing.

You’re not crazy, and you’re not broken.

When clients find me, they’re usually in crisis - shocked by what they’ve uncovered or just exhausted by years of disconnection, secrecy, and unresolved tension. Whether you’ve just discovered a partner’s betrayal or you’ve been navigating their dysfunction for a long time, it’s common to feel lost in the chaos. I’m here to help you find solid ground.

I specialize in working with women and couples facing the impact of betrayal trauma, including sexual acting out, compulsive porn use, infidelity, and long-term patterns of secrecy. I also specialize in working with victims of narcissistic abuse and other relational trauma. If that’s part of your story, you don’t need surface-level support or pressure to just get over it. You need clarity, structure, containment, and guidance from someone that understands what’s at stake.

Here’s HOW we’ll WORK together

I’ve walked this path, and I know what it takes to heal.

My approach is structured, trauma-informed, and deeply respectful of your own, personal story, because that’s what will define the pace required for true healing. I won’t rush your process or apply one-size-fits-all answers. Whether I’m working with you individually or as part of a couple, I’ll help you rebuild trust in yourself, and, when appropriate, in your relationship.

What you should know about me: I do this work because I’ve lived it. I’ve walked through the devastation of betrayal trauma and supported my partner through his own recovery. That experience shapes everything about how I show up - steady, strong, and unafraid to hold the hard things. In our sessions, I’ll blend cutting-edge therapy tools with something many clinicians lack: the lived experience of loving someone through recovery (while also learning to love myself). This means I don’t believe in tiptoeing around the hard things… I’ll walk through the fire with you.

And for men and women who feel trapped in patterns of compulsive sexual behavior or ‘love addiction’, I offer a clear, accountability-based path out, without shame or moral framing. With the right process, I know you can recover, because I’ve seen it firsthand.

About Me

What sets my work apart isn’t just advanced clinical training, it’s lived experience. I’ve done this work personally. I know what it’s like to move through betrayal trauma and build a relationship from the ground up. I know sex addiction intimately, from both the clinical and personal perspectives. I also know what it’s like to be expected to function like nothing is wrong. Those realities shape how I lead people through this work - my process is grounded, structured, and faces the complexity head on.

Together with my husband, Drew, I co-lead our clinical practice. We offer individual therapy, couples work, groups, and intensives - each designed to meet you wherever you are in the recovery process. You don’t need platitudes, you need people who get it. We offer clear, steady support for what you’re really carrying.

I hold the following advanced certifications:

  • CSAT-C: Sex Addiction and Therapeutic Disclosure

  • CSTS: Certified Shame-Informed Treatment Specialist

  • CCTP: Certified Clinical Trauma Professional

  • EMDR (EMDRIA-approved) Trained

  • Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (In Progress)

  • Somatic Embodiment & Regulation

  • Trauma-Informed Couples Work

I’m currently working towards my Doctorate and advanced clinical designation, and under clinical supervision by Kristina Dingus Keuhlen.
