I specialize in helping men and women navigate the complex challenges of sexual compulsivity and rebuild healthy emotional and sexual intimacy. My passion is working with individuals struggling with unwanted sexual behaviors and their partners who are working to heal and restore trust in their relationships. I believe in the transformative power of this work because I’ve seen the results of it first-hand.

Working with me, you'll find a direct, honest approach from someone who understands what you’re going through. Through my own work healing from betrayal trauma and anxiety, I have developed a unique perspective for leading someone through this work. Together, we'll work together to understand the root causes behind compulsive behaviors while developing genuine self-worth. This will help you experience authentic connection in your relationships, maybe for the first time!

I also know that partners experience their own profound trauma that requires specialized care and attention. When trust is shattered through sexual betrayal, partners often face symptoms similar to PTSD, including intense anxiety, hypervigilance, and a devastating loss of emotional safety in the relationship. My approach to partner healing focuses on validating the very real trauma you've experienced while providing practical tools to rebuild your sense of security and self-worth. Using the tools I learned in my own recovery, I help partners process the complex emotions of anger, grief, and confusion that follow discovery. Together, we'll work on establishing healthy boundaries, developing coping strategies for managing triggers, and rebuilding your ability to trust -both others and your own intuition. Recovery for you isn't about "getting over it" or immediately rebuilding the relationship; it's about honoring your healing journey while developing the strength and clarity to make empowered decisions about your future. 

I believe that everyone deserves compassionate, judgment-free support during their most vulnerable moments, and my therapeutic style emphasizes collaboration and empowerment. Rather than focusing solely on problems, we'll identify your strengths and build practical strategies that create sustainable change. I believe healing happens best in an environment free from shame and blame, where you can explore underlying patterns and develop healthier coping mechanisms. Many clients find that they begin experiencing positive shifts relatively quickly once they have the right support and strategies.
