• Initial consultations (15 minutes) are complimentary
• 60-minute individual sessions are $175
• 90-minute couples sessions are $275
• Group classes are $50 - $75 per person depending on the class type
• Workplace on-site group rates vary (schedule a consultation to learn more)

We accept most version of Optum / United Healthcare, Aetna and some Cigna plans for individual sessions. 

We also partner with Thrizer to handle out-of-network reimbursement for BCBS, all you have to do is register and, if you've met your deductible and have out of network coverage, you'll only pay your copay for sessions! During our initial call we'll verify your coverage in just a few minutes. Many of our clients receive anywhere from 40 - 80% reimbursement!

We also accept HSA / FSA cards for payment of services.

Because we are often on a waitlist, we have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy, except in cases of a documented extenuating circumstance. This ensures that we are able to fill any spot that is given up with someone else who needs to be seen. 

Yes! We believe in doing everything possible to help people get the care they need, and have a limited number of reduced-fee appointment slots. Please call the office at (945) 800-4018 to learn more about how we can help. 

Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 to 7, with limited availability in the evenings.

Limited off-hours and Saturday appointments are available. Please call to inquire about cost and availability.

**Our phones are answered and calls returned 7 days a week, with limited hours on the weekends.**

If you don't see your therapist listed, he or she may be on a wait list, or require live (telephone) bookings. Please call us for more information!
