We accept most version of Optum / United Healthcare, Aetna and some Cigna plans for individual sessions.
We also partner with Thrizer to handle out-of-network reimbursement for BCBS, all you have to do is register and, if you've met your deductible and have out of network coverage, you'll only pay your copay for sessions! During our initial call we'll verify your coverage in just a few minutes. Many of our clients receive anywhere from 40 - 80% reimbursement!
Insurance acceptance varies by clinician. We also accept HSA / FSA cards for payment of services.
Because we are often on a waitlist, we have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy, except in cases of a documented emergency. This ensures that we are able to fill any spot that is given up with someone else who needs to be seen.

Our regular business hours are Tuesday through Friday, 9 to 7, with limited availability in the evenings.
