I serve clients and couples looking for help with sex and pornography addiction, as well as partners of sex addicts. I also specialize in those suffering from severe or chronic anxiety. 

If you feel unable to control your unwanted sexual behaviors, despite your best efforts, and it has put significant strain on relationships, family, job, and your life, I can help. I have walked the road you are on, successfully, and look forward to sharing the way through with you. I understand the underlying wounds, experiences, patterns, and trauma that can lead to sexual addictions, and I serve clients with the belief that your struggles do not diminish your value as a person. There is no shame or blame in my process.

 My processes and tools are proven by decades of client feedback and research to be the most effective, and confirmed by my own journey of healing and sustained recovery from sex addiction, anxiety, and depression.

Our work will be solution focused. First, we'll connect each step of the work we do specifically to your ultimate goals to keep you motivated. Next, we'll make sure you have a schedule and tools that keep you moving in a positive direction between sessions. From there, we will expand and adapt the work based on the success you have with each tool. I will also work to help you understand how collecting small bits of data throughout your day can engage your rational brain, which helps dramatically reduce the intensity of your symptoms (and I know they can be POWERFUL, but are no match for this)! 

My work in this area of counseling is my calling.  There is nothing that can separate you from your value as a human, and my passion is to help you regain your self-worth and learn healthy ways to satisfy your physical and emotional needs. My superpower is being able to connect and relate to anyone dealing with sex addiction, anxiety, or substance use and welcome them into my practice.
